Banner Engineering SM31EPDQD Photoelectric Sensor

The SM31EPDQD is Banner Engineering's MINI-BEAM through-beam photoelectric sensor emitter with an integral quick-disconnect (QD) connector, designed for clear-plastic detection in compact layouts. As the emitter of a through-beam pair, it operates on 10–30 V DC, uses a red 650 nm LED, and delivers a 300 mm (11.8 in) sensing range when paired with the matching receiver. Its housing is clear plastic and IP67-rated for protection against dust and immersion, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and a 4‑pin M12-style connector as standard. The SM31EPDQD is part of Banner's MINI-BEAM lineup and is intended for use with Banner receivers such as the SM31RPDQD to form a complete through-beam sensor system.
