Banner Engineering SM91RQD Valu-Beam Receiver

Up to 60 m range, the Banner Engineering SM91RQD VALU-BEAM Receiver is the receiver half of a long-range opposed-mode pair, designed to operate from a 10–30 V DC supply and deliver dual bipolar outputs (1 NPN and 1 PNP) through a 4-pin Mini integral quick-disconnect (QD) connection. It pairs with VALU-BEAM emitters (for example, the SMI91EQD) to form opposed-mode sensing and features a compact, rugged housing for industrial use. The maximum sensing distance is 60 m (200 ft), and the unit can be used with approved intrinsically safe barriers in hazardous locations when paired with compatible IS barriers. This configuration provides straightforward, reliable presence detection for automation tasks in appropriate environments.
