The Banner Engineering SMA31ELQD Mini-Beam Emitter is a long-range infrared emitter for opposed-mode Mini-Beam sensing systems, delivering a focused beam across the sensing gap up to 30 meters. It operates from 24–240 VAC and uses a 3-pin Micro Integral Quick-Disconnect (QD) connector for compact field wiring. The emitter resides in a rectangular housing designed for M18 mounting and uses an infrared LED at 880 nm for reliable detection in typical industrial environments. With IP67 environmental protection and a NEMA 4X rating, it is built to withstand dust, water splashes, and hose-down cleaning typical of manufacturing floors.
