The Banner Engineering SMA990FP Value Beam Sensor is a self-contained VALU-BEAM 990 Series through-beam sensor with fiber-optic capability, designed for part and product detection across conveyors, packaging lines, and automated cells. It accepts a broad input range—10-250 VAC or 12-115 VDC—with 50/60 Hz operation, enabling straightforward integration with PLCs, relays, and safety interlocks, and it supports Banner's fiber-optic accessories to tailor sensing distances and mounting geometry.
