The Banner SP1000V-25263 Photoelectric Convergent Scanner is a convergent-mode sensor in Banner’s MAXI-AMP family, engineered to detect very small targets with a precisely focused sensing image. In convergent mode, it yields a 0.1 inch (2.5 mm) diameter sensing image at a fixed focus of 3.8 inches (96 mm) from its glass lenses, with a sharply declining gain beyond the focus point. The sensor operates from -40 to +80 °C and uses a black anodized aluminum housing for rugged industrial environments. It excels at locating small parts on a conveyor, fill-level detection, and precise positioning where other sensing modes may struggle.
