Banner Engineering TTR533APSB5D-0.5Q3-CTR is a TTR Series roller-conveyor sensor array designed to mount between conveyor rollers. This five-beam diffuse photoelectric array spans 533 mm (21.0 in) between frame rails, with beams spaced 93.1 mm apart to provide wide coverage across the roller line. It operates from 18 to 30 V DC and provides an LO PNP output, with a 0.5 m (1.6 ft) M8 quick-disconnect cable and endcaps described as flat up / round. The housing is black anodized aluminum with a polycarbonate lens and is rated IP50 and NEMA 4X for industrial environments. Maximum sensing range is 120 mm, and the last beam distance to the end of housing is 80.3 mm. The sensor uses diffuse sensing mode, includes indicator LEDs for status, and features a 1500 ms power-up delay for startup stability. With five beams and a slot depth/array length of 533 mm, this assembly is part of Banner’s TTR family and is compatible with the 5-beam array configuration for roller conveyors.
