Banner Engineering USCC-2L2M Micro-Screen Box

USCC-2L2M Micro-Screen Box (USNT) is Banner Engineering’s metal-box control module for MICRO-SCREEN muting systems, coordinating muting logic and blanking for paired emitter/receiver sensors. It provides muting and latch outputs via two normally open contacts and is designed to be mounted outside the guarded area with standard cable entries. The system typically uses two cables (one per sensor) per MICRO-SCREEN installation unless sensors include longer built-in cables. The USCC-2L2M offers fixed blanking, which, when enabled, creates a single hole in the sensing field to allow a targeted object to pass undetected, while floating blanking (available in the same family) can affect the overall minimum object sensitivity (MODS) and influence the required object-separation distance. This model is part of Banner’s MICRO-SCREEN family that includes USCC-1L2M/2L2M metal-box controllers, designed to work with MICRO-SCREEN emitters and receivers to form a safety‑critical, guarded-area system.
