The Banner Engineering VS25EQ Photoelectric Sensor is a through-beam, opposed-mode device in the VS2 Series of ultra-thin miniature sensors, designed to detect part presence by beam interruption between a paired emitter and receiver mounted across the sensing path on compact machinery. Operating in infrared light at 940 nm, the VS25EQ supports a sensing range up to 3.0 meters (118 inches) when used with a matching emitter in the same opposed-mode pairing, making it suitable for conveyors, packaging lines, and machine-guarding applications where space is at a premium. This variant is offered in Quick-Disconnect (QD) configurations as well as cabled versions, enabling fast field swaps and flexible mounting in tight spaces; the QD option simplifies replacement and integration with Banner's sensing ecosystem.
