Banner Engineering XS26-2DE Expandable Safety Controller

The Banner Engineering XS26-2DE Expandable Safety Controller is a scalable safety control system with 26 inputs and the ability to grow by up to eight I/O expansion modules, making it suitable for both simple and large-scale safeguarding applications. The DE variant adds Ethernet connectivity and an onboard display, along with USB for configuration, while providing two pairs of PNP safety outputs at 0.5 A each and 24 V DC power with a typical draw around 160 mA. It also features eight convertible inputs to simplify wiring of different sensor types and uses removable screw terminals for quick field connections. Widely used to safeguard machinery such as conveyors, presses, and robotic cells, the XS26-2DE combines configurable safety logic with network access and local status visibility to support diagnostics and integration in diverse manufacturing environments.
