BAPI BA H320-D Duct Humidity Sensor For Wet Locations
BAPI BA H320-D Duct Humidity Sensor For Wet Locations
Description:
The BAPI BA/H320-D Duct Humidity Sensor for Wet Locations is a rugged duct-mounted humidity transmitter designed for challenging HVAC environments, delivering ±3% RH accuracy across 20% to 95% RH and powered by 15–28 VAC or DC with flexible output options including 4–20 mA (load 700 Ω) or 0–5/10 V (load min 10 kΩ). Its sensor uses a resistive humidity element on a ceramic substrate, protected by a Gore-Tex membrane to withstand moisture while preserving fast response times. Duct and Outside Air configurations are offered in enclosure styles that suit installation constraints: BAPIBox (BB) and BAPIBox II (BB2) housings weigh about 1.0 lb, while Weather-Proof (WP) versions use a cast-aluminum enclosure and are heavier; all duct options provide four-wire terminations (16–26 AWG) and feature a stainless-steel sintered filter for moisture and particulate protection. This model is intended for monitoring humidity in ventilation ducts, including supply and return air, enabling humidity-control strategies, dehumidification, and energy-efficient operation in commercial buildings. It is CE- and RoHS-compliant and belongs to BAPI’s broader line of duct humidity sensors designed to integrate with standard building automation systems.
