Barksdale CD1H-GH18SS-ST1 Pressure Switch

Barksdale CD1H-GH18SS-ST1 is a single-setpoint, housed diaphragm pressure switch designed for rugged industrial service. It features a NEMA 4 watertight housing with tamper-proof external adjustment and stainless-steel wetted parts (SS; typically 17-7PH/SS304). The 1/4" NPT female pressure port (base configuration P2) accepts standard process connections, and the electrical connection is a cube-style ST1 plug (DIN EN 175301-803 A) for a single switching point. The GH contact option provides gold-plated contacts for low-voltage/low-current operation up to 10 A at 125/250 VAC (3 A at 480 VAC), with a secondary 1 A at 125 VAC / 1 A at 24 VDC gold-contact option for lighter loads. For the 18SS range, actuation occurs over 0.050 to 1.20 bar (about 0.7 to 17.6 psi). This configuration is intended for precise pressure-actuation in systems such as hydraulic and pneumatic lines and industrial equipment, where a robust enclosure and reliable external adjustment are essential.
