DPD1T-A80 is Barksdale’s diaphragm differential pressure switch in the DPD1T family, a single‑setpoint, mechanical switch that translates small pressure differences into an electrical action. It covers a 0.50 to 80.00 psi switching range, uses a metal diaphragm paired with a micro switch, and offers repeatability of ±1.0% at constant temperature. Electrical ratings for the standard configuration are 10 A at 125/250 VAC and 3 A at 480 VAC, with DC options available depending on the contact configuration (for example, up to 0.5 A at 125 VDC and 0.25 A at 250 VDC). The unit features a 1/2" NPT conduit connection for wiring and can be configured with various contact options, including gold contacts (GH) in approved variants. For harsher environments, an optional NEMA 4X enclosure (FX option) is available; base configurations include a single setpoint housed unit, while the dual‑setpoint DPD2T variant uses a 6‑contact terminal block.
