BARKSDALE ML1H-H202 NSNBC01 Industrial Limit Switch

ML1H-H202 NSNBC01 is a hermetically sealed, local-mount mechanical temperature switch in Barksdale’s ML1H/L2H family, designed to monitor and control temperature directly at machinery or process lines. It uses a single SPDT contact rated up to 10 A at 125/250 VAC and 3 A at 480 VAC, making it suitable for switching relays, controllers, or alarms in industrial equipment. The ML1H family spans a sensing range from -50°F to 450°F (-45°C to 232°C), with the H202 designation identifying a specific configuration that includes a hermetically sealed micro switch, selectable sensor material and thermowell options. Thermowells are available in brass or stainless steel (S = stainless, W = brass; WS denotes stainless steel SS316Ti) with a 3/4" NPT male thread for easy installation. The unit can be configured for intrinsic safety (Ex ia) and is compatible with UL/CSA approvals on request; protection is rated IP65 and aligns with NEMA 4/13 enclosure environments.
