Barksdale P1H-H600SS Hi-P Adjustable Pressure Switch

The Barksdale P1H-H600SS Hi-P Adjustable Pressure Switch is a rugged mechanical switch built on Barksdale's Dia‑Seal Piston design for high‑pressure hydraulic and pneumatic applications. The Dia‑Seal Piston technology provides millions of maintenance-free, leakage-free cycles and a single switching contact actuated by an external adjustment screw, all inside a compact, rugged NEMA 4 enclosure suited for both vibration-prone industrial rooms and outdoor installations. Setpoints are adjustable from 25 to 600 psi (1.7–41.4 bar), with a 2000 psi (138 bar) proof pressure and a maximum operating pressure rating up to 1600 psi; it also delivers repeatability of ±2.0% of full scale at a constant temperature. Optional Ex ia and UL versions support hazardous locations and safety compliance, making it well suited for hydraulic circuits, pneumatic actuation sequences, and shipbuilding systems.
