Barksdale SW2000-05-N-1 Solid State Pressure Switch

The Barksdale SW2000-05-N-1 Solid State Pressure Switch is an electronic pressure-switch assembly that integrates a piezoresistive silicone sensor with solid-state switching to provide precise pressure control in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, featuring a built-in digital readout for on-device monitoring. It offers either two solid-state PNP contacts or a single PNP contact plus a 4-20 mA analog output, and is fully configurable via keypad with adjustable deadband to suit tight tolerance applications. The unit is designed for rapid cycling (up to 100 Hz), driven by a 10‑bit microprocessor with built-in self-diagnostics, and is IP65 protected; the housing can be rotated 320° for versatile mounting, with wetted parts in 304 stainless steel, Viton seals, and an aluminum die‑cast enclosure. Measuring ranges extend up to 11,600 psi (examples include 150, 750, 1,500, 3,000, 6,000, 9,000, and 11,600 psi) with corresponding proof pressures up to 11,600 psi, and process connections available in 1/4-18 NPT, 7/16-20 37° JIC, G1/4, or 7/16-20.
