Baumer Group IFRM-12P701 S14L Proximity Sensor

Baumer IFRM-12P701/S14L is a cylindrical inductive proximity sensor (Ø12 mm) with a 4 mm nominal sensing distance and an M12 connector, designed for reliable metal detection on automation lines. It is part of Baumer’s IFRM 12P family and offers a PNP normally-open output capable of up to 200 mA, with supply voltage variants documented as 6–36 V DC on 12P1703/S14L and 10–30 V DC on 12P1701/S14L. The sensing face is PBT, the housing is brass nickel-plated, and the overall body length is 40.4 mm, suitable for flush mounting. It carries IP67 protection and operates from −25 °C to +75 °C, enabling use in rugged industrial environments.
