Baumer IFRM 08X9503 is a compact NAMUR inductive proximity switch designed for hazardous environments, delivering a 1.5 mm nominal sensing distance in a flush-mount cylindrical housing with an 8 mm diameter and 25 mm length. The device uses a brass, nickel‑plated housing with a PBT sensing face and comes with a 2 m shielded cable for reliable field connections. It operates from a DC supply of 5–30 V, with a nominal operating voltage of 8.2 VDC, and features a two‑wire NAMUR output suitable for intrinsically safe signaling.
