Baumer's CleverLevel LBFS-01111.0 is a stainless-steel, G1/2" threaded point-level sensor for liquids that provides a PNP output via a four-pin M12 connector and is designed for reliable monitoring in hygienic and industrial environments. Operating from 12 to 30 V DC, it typically draws about 35 mA at 12 V and uses frequency-sweep point-level detection to sense liquid presence at the sensor tip, with a factory-configured setup. The sensor employs an AISI 304 stainless-steel housing and a G1/2" process connection (ISO 228-1), delivering IP67 protection and a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, suitable for demanding process lines. It features an M12-A, 4-pin connection with an LED indicator; operation modes include DARK-ON and LIGHT-ON, and optional approvals for Marine, ATEX, WHG, and cULus are available to meet regulatory needs.
