Beckhoff Automation BK3120 NSNBC01 Programmable Logic Controller

Beckhoff BK3120 NSNBC01 is a PROFIBUS-DP bus coupler (12 Mbaud) that links a PROFIBUS DP master to Beckhoff BK bus terminals, enabling BK-series I/O to be addressed over PROFIBUS. It provides a shielded 9-pin D-sub PROFIBUS connector and a K-bus interface, with electrical isolation between fieldbus and the power/supply domain. The unit runs from 24 V DC, drawing 70 mA plus the K-bus current (up to 500 mA total) and supporting up to 1.75 A on the K-bus, with a recommended fuse up to 10 A. Weighing about 170 g, it operates from -25 °C to +60 °C and up to 95% RH (non-condensing); IP20 protection. BK3120 supports PROFIBUS-DP V1 services and carries CE, UKCA, cULus, EAC, GL, ATEX/IECEx, and cFMus markings, including Ex nA IIC T4 Gc and Ex tc IIIC T135 °C Dc for hazardous locations.
