Beckhoff Automation EP2316--0003 Power Supply

Beckhoff EP2316-0003 is an EtherCAT Box Module that centralizes 16 digital I/O channels on a single, compact unit: eight 24 V DC inputs and eight 24 V DC outputs. It communicates with a Beckhoff EtherCAT network, delivering a fast 10 µs I/O process image and supporting up to 0.5 A per output channel. The module is powered from a 24 V DC supply (sensor power) and uses IP20-rated plug-in connectors for reliable cabinet mounting. This EP-series box expands digital input and output capabilities close to the machine, enabling direct sensing and actuation of devices such as switches, sensors, and relays without requiring a separate I/O rack.
