Beckhoff Automation GmbH & Co. KG KL3202 PLC Module

Beckhoff KL3202 is a two‑channel analog input terminal from the KL3xxx family that plugs into Beckhoff’s K‑bus/Bus Terminal system for direct resistance-sensor measurements (RTD). Each channel provides 16‑bit resolution and supports Pt100, Pt200, Pt500, Pt1000 as well as Ni variants (Ni100, Ni120, Ni1000); the KL3202-0020 variant specifies an RTD input range of 0…1.2 kΩ. The module uses a 2‑wire connection scheme and is powered from the K‑bus (no separate supply required) and it is housed to meet IP20 protection when mounted in an appropriate enclosure. In Beckhoff’s TwinCAT/Io ecosystem, KL3202 is configured and read by TwinCAT PLC software, enabling precise temperature monitoring, data logging, and closed‑loop control in industrial automation, process control, and lab environments.
