Beckhoff Automation KL1408 Digital Input Terminal

Beckhoff KL1408 is an 8-channel digital input terminal for the Beckhoff Bus Terminal system that collects 24 V DC process signals and transmits them to the controller with galvanic isolation between the process level and the automation device. Each of the eight inputs uses a 1-wire connection and the module is specified for positive switching, with a 3 ms input response time, supporting reliable reading of sensors and switches without adding excessive latency. The KL1408 is designed for use on EtherCAT networks and integrates with TwinCAT software for configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics of binary I/O in automated applications.
