Beckhoff KL1809 is a 16-channel digital input bus terminal for 24 V DC signals, delivering reliable process-to-bus data with a 3 ms input filter. The module galvanically isolates signals from the process level to the host controller, helping protect the automation system while capturing binary 24 V inputs. It offers 16 input channels in a compact KL bus-terminal format, rated IP20 for indoor use, and operates across a wide ambient temperature range of -25 to +60 °C. As part of Beckhoff’s KL1xxx digital input family, KL1809 is designed for field access and integrates with Beckhoff automation systems via standard bus-terminal interfaces, with a process-image width of 16 bits.
