Beckhoff Automation KL2134 K-Bus Terminal Module

Beckhoff KL2134 is a four-channel digital output terminal for the K-Bus system, delivering 24 V DC switched outputs with a maximum load current of 0.5 A per channel and reverse-polarity protection. It provides 500 V insulation between the K-Bus and field potentials, helping safeguard both the controller and connected devices in multi-node configurations. Nominal load voltage is 24 V DC (-15%/+20%), with the ability to drive resistive, inductive, and lamp loads. Connection technology supports 2-/3-wire wiring. As part of the KL2xxx digital output family, the KL2134 draws about 9 mA typical on the K-Bus in addition to the load current, while the module itself consumes roughly 30 mA plus the connected load. This terminal is designed for integration into Beckhoff’s modular I/O systems, enabling reliable, isolated, and scalable control of DC actuators and indicators.
