Beckhoff Automation KL3064 Analog Input Module

Beckhoff KL3064 analog input terminal: a 4-channel, single-ended 0–10 V input module for Beckhoff Bus Terminal systems. It converts four independent voltage signals in the 0 to 10 V range to 12-bit digital values, delivering 0–4095 counts per channel, with the process image configured as 4 x 16-bit input data (4 x 8-bit control/status optional). The KL3064 provides galvanic isolation between the K-bus and the analog inputs up to 500 V and includes a shield connector for enhanced noise rejection on shielded cables. Applications include reading sensor voltages from process sensors, pressure transducers, and other 0–10 V signals in automation and machine control, where compact, reliable analog input is required.
