Beckhoff Automation KL3132 Analog Input Module

Beckhoff KL3132 is a two-channel, high-precision analog input terminal for voltage signals in Beckhoff’s KL3xxx bus-terminal family. Each channel accepts a differential input in the -10 to +10 V range and provides 16‑bit resolution per channel, enabling accurate measurement of low-level sensor voltages. In the process data image, the module exports two 16‑bit input words (DataIN1 and DataIN2) representing the channel values, with optional 8‑bit control/status words per channel available in the I/O process image. The KL3132 is powered via the K‑Bus and integrates with Beckhoff EtherCAT and other fieldbus configurations through the KL interface, making it suitable for automation applications that monitor sensors, transducers, or signal conditioning blocks that output -10 to +10 V. As part of the KL3xxx family, it shares a common, compact data mapping and supports two independent voltage inputs with high precision, enabling straightforward PLC programming and integration with Beckhoff controllers.
