The Beckhoff KL4032 is a two-channel analog output terminal for the Beckhoff Bus Terminal system, delivering -10 to +10 V with 12-bit resolution to the process level. It is a single-ended output with both channels sharing a common ground potential, and it is powered via the K-bus with roughly 75 mA typical consumption, while providing 500 V isolation between the K-bus and the signal voltage. Each output drives a load > 5 kΩ (short-circuit proof), and the module supports two outputs with a conversion time of about 1.5 ms; run LEDs indicate data exchange with the Bus Coupler.
