The Beckhoff BK3520 is an Economy Plus PROFIBUS DP fieldbus coupler with a fiber‑optic (LWL) connection that links a PROFIBUS DP master to Beckhoff BK3xx0 bus terminals, enabling robust, long‑distance data exchange in automation systems. It implements PROFIBUS DP V1 services and provides electrical isolation of 500 V between power contact/supply and the fieldbus, with a power contact current load rated up to 10 A and a 24 V DC power supply for the power contacts.
