Beckhoff CX2500-0060 Ethernet Interface Module

Beckhoff CX2500-0060 is a Gigabit Ethernet interface module that extends a CX20xx, CX52x0, CX53x0, or CX56x0 Embedded PC by adding two independent Gigabit Ethernet interfaces (RJ45) for high‑speed network access. Each interface is driven by an Intel 82574L controller and supports 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, enabling separate network paths for traffic while preserving the CX CPU’s real‑time performance. The module is powered via the system bus (through a CX2100‑0xxx power module), so no separate supply is required. It is rated for up to +85°C ambient temperature and up to 95% relative humidity (non‑condensing), with IP20 protection and conformance to vibration/shock (EN 60068‑2‑6 / EN 60068‑2‑27) and EMC immunity/emission (EN 61000‑6‑2 / EN 61000‑6‑4) standards. With two RJ45 ports and a compact CX expansion form, CX2500‑0060 broadens Beckhoff CX system topology for additional network connectivity and data paths without modifying the main processor module.
