Beckhoff EL6910 EtherCAT TwinSAFE Logic Terminal

The Beckhoff EL6910 EtherCAT Terminal is a TwinSAFE Logic Terminal that functions as the safety‑processing heart of a Beckhoff EtherCAT network, enabling certified safety function blocks to be configured for your application and delivering safety‑critical processing directly on the fieldbus device. As a safety logic unit, it processes TwinSAFE logic on the module and communicates safety data over EtherCAT using the TwinSAFE protocol; configuration is performed with TwinCAT 3, and the EL6910 is added to the EtherCAT bus like any other terminal. Designed to work with Beckhoff's TwinSAFE ecosystem and standard safety I/O, the EL6910 supports safe data transport over EtherCAT and enables integrated safety logic within a single module alongside safety I/O terminals.
