Beckhoff EL7047 EtherCAT High Speed Counter Terminal

Beckhoff EL7047 EtherCAT Terminal is a 1-channel motion interface designed for direct connection of mid-power stepper motors in EtherCAT networks. It operates from 8 to 48 V DC and drives motors up to 5 A, with drive power supplied via the E-bus and motor/encoder connections through dedicated terminal contacts. The module provides vector control for field-oriented drive and accepts an incremental encoder for motor feedback, with field-oriented control selectable for AS1xxx series Beckhoff stepper motors. As part of the EL70x7 family, the EL7047 integrates into TwinCAT-based motion control systems and is configured via CoE object descriptions, with PDO mappings supporting motion data exchange.
