Beckhoff KL1104 IO Module

Beckhoff KL1104 is a 4-channel digital input bus terminal in the KL1xxx family, intended to capture binary signals from sensors and switches and present four input bits in the process image of Beckhoff controllers; it requires no addressing or configuration to operate on the K-bus and integrates seamlessly with Beckhoff automation systems. Each of the four channels accepts 24 V DC signals with options for 2- or 3-wire wiring, delivers a fast 3 ms response time, and provides galvanic isolation of up to 500 V between field and bus to protect the control side; the module is designed for IP20 environments and uses a compact form factor. Physical dimensions are 12 mm wide, 100 mm high, 68 mm deep, and it weighs about 55 g; operating temperature range is -25 to 60 °C, and nominal bus current draw is around 5 mA with per-channel LEDs indicating input state to facilitate troubleshooting.
