Beckhoff KL2022 EtherCAT K-Bus Terminal Module

Beckhoff KL2022 is a two-channel digital-output terminal in the KL2xxx K-Bus family, designed to switch binary 24 V DC loads from a Beckhoff K-Bus system. Each channel can handle up to 2 A, with 500 V galvanic isolation between the K-Bus (field) side and the bus, and status LEDs provide at-a-glance indication of the output state. As a K-Bus terminal, the KL2022 connects to a larger Beckhoff I/O network via a K-Bus interface and is typically used with an EtherCAT bus coupler (for example BK11x0/BK1250 family) to participate in EtherCAT systems. This module enables compact, reliable control of 24 V DC devices such as relays or solenoids in machine automation, offering a simple, robust solution for binary output tasks within Beckhoff automation architectures.
