Beckhoff KL2404 is a 4‑channel digital output terminal for 24 V DC actuators, designed for Beckhoff’s K‑bus with 2‑wire connection. Each of the four outputs switches up to 0.5 A into ohmic, inductive, or lamp loads, with a nominal voltage of 24 V DC (−15%/+20%), and the module provides per‑channel LED indicators for signal status. The terminal is capable of direct connection of four 2‑wire sensors and includes four ground connection points. It features reverse polarity protection, an isolation rating of 500 V between the K‑bus and the field, and a per‑channel switching energy of less than 150 mJ.
