Beckhoff KL2652 Dual Relay I/O Module

Beckhoff KL2652 is a two-channel relay output bus terminal in the KL26xx family, designed to interface Beckhoff controllers with external mains-powered devices via the K-Bus and EtherCAT-ready I/O networking. Each channel provides a single changeover contact (SPDT) that can switch loads up to 230 V AC or 300 V DC, with a maximum current of 1 A per contact, giving two independent relay outputs for compact control tasks. The module draws about 90 mA from the K-Bus, offers electrical isolation of 1.5 kV between the K-Bus and the field side, and supports surge protection up to 2.5 kV, with status LEDs indicating the state of each relay. Designed for integration into Beckhoff EtherCAT installations, the KL2652 enables reliable, space-efficient mains-voltage switching for applications such as lighting control, valve or actuator actuation, or other low-current switching tasks within automated systems, all configurable through Beckhoff software workflows.
