Beckhoff KL4424 4-Channel Analog Output Terminal

Beckhoff KL4424 is a 4-channel analog output terminal for 4–20 mA signal control in PLC-based distributed I/O and bus-terminal systems. It mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail, is powered from 24 V DC via power contacts, and delivers 12-bit resolution per channel with an approximate 4 ms conversion time. Each channel provides a 4–20 mA output capable of driving loads under 350 Ω, with 500 V isolation between bus and signal, IP20 protection, and LED status indicators. Operating from 0°C to 55°C and drawing roughly 60 mA plus the connected load, the KL4424 fits Beckhoff bus terminal architectures for scalable, modular automation; common replacements include KL4404, EL4024, and KL4004.
