The Beijer H-T40m-P is a compact HMI operator panel in Beijer’s H-series designed to work with the HMI I/O Controller, providing a PLC-free I/O interface for small-system applications. The panel accepts a HMI I/O Controller expansion module that mounts on the back of the unit, enabling simple I/O control without a PLC. With Beijer’s HMI I/O Controllers, a single H-T40m-P system can run up to 16 controllers simultaneously, expanding digital inputs and relay outputs as needed. Expansion options include EM-IOB-88-00-RC (8 digital inputs, 8 digital relay outputs), EM-IOB-C4-00-RC (12 digital inputs, 4 digital relay outputs), and EM-IOB-84-00-RS (8 digital inputs, 4 digital relay outputs). By pairing the H-T40m-P with these modules, designers can create compact, modular I/O solutions for small machines or localized automation tasks where a traditional PLC would be excessive, while maintaining Beijer’s HMI configuration workflow via Beijer’s design tools.
