Belimo B252ARX24-MFT Characterized Control Valve

Belimo B252ARX24-MFT is a 2-inch, two-way Characterized Control Valve (CCV) with Cv 85, designed for precise modulation of coil circuits in air handling units and VAV systems. This valve features a forged brass body with a nickel-plated brass bonnet and a stainless-steel ball and stem, paired with a direct-coupled Multi-Function Technology (MFT) actuator that provides electronically variable 95° rotation and accepts 2–10 VDC, 4–20 mA (default), PWM, floating point, or on/off control signals, with a 150-second run time and up to 180 in-lb of torque. The ARX24-MFT assembly is powered by either 24 VAC ±20% at 50/60 Hz or 24 VDC ±10% and includes plenum-rated 18 AWG cable in lengths of 1 m (3 ft), 3 m (10 ft), or 5 m (16 ft), plus the ZIP-USB service tool for configuration. It is rated for up to 400 psi and is built for indoor use with ambient temperature tolerance from −30°C to 50°C, 5% to 95% RH non-condensing, and a NEMA 2/IP54 housing, with agency listings such as UL/CSA CE for the MFT version, making it suitable for heating and cooling coil control in HVAC systems.
