Belimo LM24-MFT Damper Actuator is a compact, high-torque solution for precise HVAC damper control, delivering 5 Nm (45 in-lb) of torque for reliable modulation of airflow. This non fail-safe unit runs on AC or DC 24 V power and is part of Belimo’s Multi-Function Technology (MFT) family, offering programmable configurations and a 2–10 V control signal for proportional positioning. Designed for dampers up to about 11 square feet, the LM24-MFT provides flexible integration into air-handling units, rooftop units, and VAV systems where accurate, site-tuned damper response is critical. Its MFT capability supports on-site adjustments to fit specific control schemes without swapping hardware, enabling precise end-destination positioning and reliable performance across typical HVAC operating ranges.
