Belimo LMX24-MFT Non-Spring Return Damper Actuator

The Belimo LMX24-MFT Non-Spring Return Damper Actuator delivers precise, programmable damper positioning with 45 in-lb (5 Nm) of torque from a 24 V power source. This non-spring-return (non-fail-safe) actuator is used to position HVAC dampers in systems such as air-handling units and economizers, and it holds its last commanded position when power is removed. It operates from AC or DC 24 V and uses Belimo’s MFT (multi-function) programming to tailor control inputs and feedback signals, including a programmable 2–10 V DC control input with position feedback for reliable integration with building automation.
