Berger-Lahr D920.51 Drive Board for 3-Phase Stepper Motor is a compact, rack‑mountable drive card that powers a three‑phase stepper and is designed for 24 V per‑phase coil voltages. It accepts a 18–40 V DC supply to feed the controller and can drive motor currents from about 1.45 A up to 5.8 A per phase, making it suitable for mid‑range stepper sizes. The board connects to a three‑phase motor on U, V, W with a nominal 24 V per coil and uses opto‑isolated inputs for PULSE, DIR, GATE/ENABLE, ZERO CURRENT, and MICROSTEP; the D920.51 variant uses 5 V logic on the control inputs, with pulse voltages from 3.5 to 5.25 V and pulse rates up to 200 kHz. A readiness output (electronic relay) can switch up to 36 V at 10–200 mA. Dimensions are about 100 mm (W) × 160 mm (H) × 51 mm (D) and it weighs around 0.15 kg.
