The B&R 8AC114.60-2 ACOPOS plug-in module provides a POWERLINK V2 interface for high-frequency servo-drive applications, designed to install directly in ACOPOS servo drives to enable robust, real-time control networks within BR automation systems. This plug-in module features two module-side RJ45 ports and an integrated 2-port hub, delivering a 100 Mbit/s data rate with a maximum segment length of 100 meters between two stations and support for star or tree cabling with up to 10 hub levels. It includes a status LED plus two link LEDs to indicate link status, and consumes a maximum of 3 W. The POWERLINK interface is isolated from the Ethernet side, and the module supports watchdog functionality via the ACOPOS servo drive.
