Bernstein D-32457 Industrial Foot Pedal Switch is a rugged right-pedal foot switch designed for industrial safety and process-control applications. It features a three-stage enable mechanism (Off-On-Off) and a contact set of 1 NC and 2 NO with a signaling contact (11-12), delivering up to 10 A at 500 VAC. The actuation sequence is 1-2-1 (with a pressure point near 200 N) and an operating force around 10 N at the center, requiring about 25 N to reach the ON position, with a maximum switching rate of about 30 cycles per minute and mechanical life up to 10 million cycles for the standard sequence (1-2-1) or 1 million cycles for 1-2-3-1. For harsh environments it carries IP66/IP67 protection with a cover, uses a 1 x M20 x 1.5 cable entry, weighs approximately 2.3 kg, mounts with 2 x M8 hardware, and supports conductor sizes 0.5–1.5 mm² with two M4 grounding points.
