Bernstein F1-U1Z Foot Control Operator Switch

Bernstein F1-U1Z is a one-pedal foot switch in Bernstein's F1 family that provides SPST-NO and SPST-NC contacts (1NC/1NO) in a compact, metal-bodied housing designed for hands-free machine control. The standard F1-U1Z version is rated for up to 3 A at 250 VAC and operates from −30 °C to 80 °C, making it suitable for panel-mounted control or inline switching in industrial equipment; it is available under Bernstein article 606.1100.005. An emergency-stop variant, F1-U1Z NA2 UN, adds an internal stopping function and is cataloged as such. For harsher environments, the F1-U1Z UN version offers IP67 protection with a protective cover and, in some configurations, 3×M20x1.5 cable entries, aligning with Bernstein’s IP67 metal-bodied foot-switch range (616.1600.345). This family supports rugged control applications where reliable foot-activated start/stop is required, such as process machinery, conveyors, and press lines, and can be integrated into control circuits that require a single pedal to switch one NO and one NC contact.
