BETE TF40TC Spiral Spray Nozzle is a TF-series full-cone spiral nozzle from BETE, the original spiral nozzle designed for high-energy atomization in quenching, gas scrubbing, and evaporative cooling. The one-piece body has no internal parts, delivering reliable, clog-resistant performance and high discharge velocity. The TF family forms its spray pattern from the turns of a spiral, producing a full-cone spray with concentric bands of droplets for thorough coverage, and it supports a wide range of spray angles from 50° to 180°. The TF40TC variant shares the TF line’s broad operating envelope, with a flow-rate range documented from roughly 0.494 to 3710 gallons per minute and pipe connections from 1/8" up to 4" with male-threaded options (NPT, BSP). Materials span brass, 316 and other stainless alloys, and a variety of high-performance metals and plastics (including PTFE, PVDF, and similar materials), enabling compatibility with diverse process liquids.
