Bimba FOP-090.25 0.125 Pneumatic Pancake Cylinder

The BIMBA FOP-090.25/0.125-M Flat-I Multi-Position Pancake Pneumatic Cylinder is a compact, double-acting actuator designed for space-constrained automation tasks. It features a 2" diameter body, a 1-1/16" bore, and a 0.125" stroke, with overall dimensions around 2-3/8" tall by 2" in diameter—making it well-suited for tight fixtures. Built with a 304 stainless steel body, anodized aluminum end caps, and a 303 stainless steel piston rod, it uses Buna N seals and O-rings, plus an oil-impregnated bronze rod bushing for durability, and is rated for up to 200 psi of air pressure. Temperatures from -20°F to 150°F are supported, enabling operation in challenging environments. The Flat-I multi-position design provides three discrete positions within a single cylinder, and mounting clearance holes on the top and bottom offer flexible installation options in fixtures or machines. This pancake cylinder is ideal for compact pick-and-place, short-stroke actuation, or fixture actuation where space is at a premium and reliable, repeatable motion is required.
