Bimba’s UGS-313 Ultran Rodless Cylinder is a compact pneumatic actuator designed for precise, straight-line motion in tight spaces, combining a magnetically coupled piston and carriage with composite self-lubricating bearings for smooth travel and reduced maintenance. The Ultran UGS family offers bore sizes from 5/16" to 2" and a pressure rating of up to 100 psi, with an operating temperature range of 0°F to 170°F, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. This model is pre-lubricated at the factory and provides configuration options such as stroke adjustment at one end or both ends, plus mid-stroke and end-of-stroke sensing to support accurate positioning and repeatable cycles. Optional accessories include shock absorbers and bumpers to dampen noise and protect the cylinder in challenging applications.
