Bimba MGFC400-15 Pneumatic Filters

The Bimba MGFC400-15 is an inline pneumatic air‑preparation FRL assembly that combines a filter, regulator, and lubricator in one 1/2" NPT‑threaded unit, designed for compact installation in automated systems. The MGFC400‑15 series uses a 40 μm filter element to remove particulates and oil mist from compressed air, helping protect downstream valves, cylinders, and actuators. A built‑in regulator provides controlled pressure to downstream components, while the lubricator delivers a metered amount of oil to the air line to lubricate moving parts and extend component life. The -S variant (MGFC400-15‑S) features a semi‑automatic drain for the filter bowl, enabling automatic condensate removal to reduce maintenance intervals. Typical installations follow a left‑to‑right flow arrangement, facilitating straightforward integration with other MFD/MGFC components. Applications include automation cells, pneumatic cylinders and actuators, grippers, and air‑powered tooling where clean, regulated, lubricated air is essential for reliable performance.
