Bimba Pneumatics MGZ400-15-T Pressure Relief Valve

The Bimba Pneumatics MGZ400-15-T is a 3-port, 2-position pressure-relief valve in the MGZ series designed to protect pneumatic circuits by venting excess upstream pressure. It uses 1/2" NPT ports and supports a 0–130 psi relief range with a 215 psi proof pressure, making it suitable for compact, high-demand air systems, while an aluminum alloy body delivers durable, lightweight construction for industrial environments. The unit mounts with a stamped steel bracket (T-bracket) or via the modular connecting kit included with MGZ configurations, and many configurations are available with a lock and key for lockout/tagout applications. The MGZ design employs a 90° twist actuation and a 3-port, 2-position arrangement that allows upstream pressure to be vented downstream or isolated as required, enabling straightforward overpressure protection in standard 1/2" NPT pneumatic lines. Typical applications include protecting downstream actuators, valves, cylinders, and sensors in compressed-air systems, and it is commonly paired with Mead MFD pressure regulators for integrated protection in pneumatic manifolds.
