Binar BD3 64 PN BiDisp3 Graphical Multi Color LED Matrix Display

BiDisp3 64x16px Profinet-enabled graphical multi-color LED matrix display from Binar presents crisp red, yellow, or green characters for real-time visualization of production figures, locations, and process status, readable at up to 40 m. The 64x16 pixel module supports up to 20 characters per line and can be stacked to two rows, with character heights of 27, 59, or 63 mm for legible readings in various installations. Available in IP41 (PN1) or IP65 variants, BiDisp3/64/PN1 connects directly to Profinet networks via a single PN1 port; enclosure dimensions are 300 x 105 x 43 mm and the unit weighs about 0.9 kg, with a 24 V DC power draw of 0.25–0.8 A. Brackets are included for easy wall mounting or hanging, and the on-board menu provides a library of control commands for real-time display updates, making it suitable for visualizing key process data and status across industrial environments.
